We have an opening for a full time bilingual staff member. This position includes, but isn't limited to, work within our bookkeeping, tax preparation, translating and interpreting departments and in a friendly, bilingual setting.
Some responsibilities include data entry, tax preparation, income statement creation, business file management, general business services, affidavit creation, handling client intake forms, and working with federal, state, and local governmental agencies. General day to day duties might include sorting and handling mail, answering incoming calls, and filing.
This position requires attention to detail, strong oral and written skills, and time management skills.
The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, must be a team player, and have a successful track history of customer service. Requirements also include familiarity with email, Microsoft office suite (including Word and Excel), and a willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications include a familiarity with Quickbooks and/or tax preparation software or a strong math background.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a minimum 2 year college education. We will work with the ideal candidate to ease you into our fast paced office environment.
